We would rather you kept it to what your enquiry genuinely calls for, and left the rest out.
The grounds we use it on
The details you send let us read your enquiry, write back to you, and hold on to the thread so that any follow-up still makes sense. How long your correspondence stays with us
Your email stays with us only for as long as it remains useful to settle your enquiry and any sensible follow-up. Once that point has passed, we clear it away in an orderly fashion.
